New Patient Portal
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Patient Portal! As of Tuesday May 7th, 2019 we will be utilizing the AthenaHealth Patient Communicator Portal, where you can:
- View details about your upcoming appointments with our practice
- Exchange secure messages with our staff
- Update your contact and insurance information
- Access your most recent lab results and health data
To make this transition as easy as possible, you will receive an email inviting you to register on the new portal on or after May 7th.

Looking for access to our previous patient portal, FollowMyHealth?
You will continue to be able to access your previous medical information on FollowMyHealth portal here: https://adriatica-wh.followmyhealth.com/Login/Home/Index?authproviders=0&returnArea=PatientAccess#!/default.
However, any information updated in your medical chart on or after May 7th will only be available in our new portal, Athena Communicator. Access to submit appointment requests, refill requests, provider questions, etc. will also only be available on the new patient portal as of May 7th.
