Being a nurse midwife means fostering a supportive and respectful environment where women feel heard and valued in their healthcare decisions. After graduating with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, I began my career in a Level 1 trauma ICU, caring for the sickest adults in Dallas for the next four years. After giving birth to my daughter, I experienced first-hand the strength a woman develops during her transition into motherhood through pregnancy and labor. Through this experience, I developed a passion for empowering women through compassionate, personalized care. I then shifted my nursing specialty to women’s health while earning my redemptive pregnancy and birth with my son. I recently graduated with my Master’s of Science in Nursing specializing in Nurse Midwifery and live in Mansfield with my husband, daughter, and son. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and finding unique treasures at local thrift stores.
“I believe women deserve healthcare that empowers, supports and honors their unique journey. Every woman deserves to be heard, to feel safe, and to have a provider who walks alongside her with compassion and respect. Midwifery is more than a profession – it’s my calling to help women embrace their strength and achieve their best health, mind, body and spirit.”
